Our goal is for every client to be completely satisfied with their order. Because all products are custom-designed and approved prior to manufacturing, we do not accept returns on custom items.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. All custom-designed and made-to-order products are final sale. Because each item is produced specifically for your project and approved prior to manufacturing, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
